It all started when I first arrived in Saigon 15 years ago.  I desperately wanted a change in career after 8 straight years of work in the medical field. I came here not knowing what to expect, only that a totally different life was ahead of me.

 

After months of job hunting, I was fortunate enough to land my first real teaching job at Saigon South International School. It was a real great experience teaching Science & Humanities, but I felt that there's something else I wanted to do.  I wanted to teach English.  Moreover, I wanted to create my own programs and teach it.  I then joined several language centers in Saigon and this led to my first managerial post as Head English teacher.  Little did I know that this would pave the way to greater things.  

 

In 2009, came the big opportunity to build my own center in Phu My Hung.  This was followed by another in An Phu, then several more thereafter.  Working in ESL has given me the chance to work with many talented teachers who eventually became good friends.  It is with this strong foundation that TLC Saigon is built upon.  Students and parents can be assured that the experience we've gained throughout would greatly contribute to their success wherever this may lead them. We hope to see you in one of our future classes.
